- Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park
Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park sits tucked into the northern face of Binghamton's South Mountain. The zoo officially opened in 1875, and it is the fifth oldest zoological institution in the country behind such communities as Philadelphia, Chicago, Cincinnati, and Buffalo.

- Cider Mill Playhouse
A year round semi-professional theater company in western Broome county, the Cider Mill Playhouse presents 7 productions a year at its home behind a functioning Cider Mill. For 32 years , the Playhouse has been presenting Drama, Musicals, Mysteries and Farces in a casual cabaret style atmosphere. Wine, Beer, Soft Drinks and Snacks are offered nightly.
